How long does shipping take?
EU orders ship within 24 hours from Rotterdam, delivery in 2-4 business days. International orders ship within 48 hours, delivery in 5-10 business days depending on destination. Tracking link is emailed when the order leaves the warehouse.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Everything. Including crash damage. The only thing it doesn't cover is intentional destruction, modification, or products purchased second-hand. Read the full warranty at legal/terms.html.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes. 30-day return window on unused gear. Gear that's been ridden shows use — we get it — and we handle that case-by-case. Email orders@cavokworld.com before sending anything back.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. 62 countries. Customs duties may apply outside the EU and are the customer's responsibility. Shipping times are 5-10 business days for international.
How do I know which kite / wing / board size to pick?
Use the Configure link on any product page, or send us your weight, home spot and average wind via the form above. We'll send a recommendation within 4 hours. We size gear by use, not by category.
How do I become a CAVOK dealer?
Email dealers@cavokworld.com with your shop name, location and current line-up. We're selective about who carries CAVOK — we look for shops that demo, support and ride the gear they sell. Expect a reply within 5 business days.
